P.O. boxes

Parcel delivery to a P.O. box is not possible.

Customs limit

The duty and VAT reimbursement limit is £135. At the point when the parcel costs more than £135, duty and VAT are assessed and subsequently invoiced to the sender of the parcel. You can find more information on our blog.

Delivery to the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey and Sark):

• From 2023, there will be a change in the administration of customs procedures. Unfortunately, we cannot issue these newly required documents for customs clearance.

• For this reason, it is not possible to send parcels via the GB Royal Mail 24 HD (ID 4856) and GB Royal Mail 48 HD (ID 4857) services to the mentioned islands with effect from 23/12/2022.

• All postcodes to the Channel Islands will be blocked by us and it will not be possible to deliver to them. These are zip codes starting with JE and GY.
