What is Zásilkovna?

Zásilkovna is a purely Czech logistics company founded in 2010 with the aim of facilitating the shipping of goods of e-shops to their customers. Fast and comfortable parcel pickup without lines is the credo of Zásilkovna. This is enabled by a dense network of pick-up points around Czech Republic and Europe. There are thousands in the Czech Republic, and every month, we open dozens more.

How do we deliver your parcels?

Zásilkovna delivers goods from 49,000 e-shops to pick-up points or directly to specific addresses. Since 2019, the company offers parcel delivery among natural persons, which is carried out via mobile application through the service Between Us.

Besides brick-and-mortar branches, you can also pick up your parcel sent via Zásilkovna from our self-service pick-up boxes Z-BOX or the robotic pick-up point Z-BOT. New technologies are the synonym for Zásilkovna. This is also the reason why this brand determines trends in logistics and helps with the shift of e-commerce to a higher level in the Czech Republic.

You can find us under Packeta Group in Slovakia, Germany, Hungary, Poland, and Romania or in the United Arab Emirates. And further expansion is inevitable. Packeta's goal is to become a global digital logistics platform.
