Aim of the project: The aim of the project Enterprise training of employees is to increase the professional level of knowledge, skills and competencies of employees and the compliance of the qualification level of the workforce with the requirements of the labor market. At the same time, the adaptability of older workers who will be involved in the project will be increased.
