• Is it possible to work with Zásilkovna plugin directly from the order details?

  It is not possible yet. Unfortunately, Shoptet's API does not yet allow us to implement their functions in the order detail. As soon as Shoptet makes it possible, we will definitely add this feature.

  How much does the plugin cost?

  The Zásilkovna+ plugin is completely free for all online shops.

  What should I do if the content of the plugin does not load and instead I get an "Adblock" message?

  You are probably using a plugin that blocks the insertion of the other add-ons via iFrame. You need to disable such a plugin in your browser. Alternatively, you can try using a different browser or an anonymous browser window. This error message is displayed directly by Shoptet and our plugin cannot affect it. If the problem persists, please contact Shoptet technical support directly.

  What should I do if something doesn't work?

  Is it possible to automatically change the status of the order if the parcel is delivered?

  The plugin does not currently work with order status. Therefore, it is not possible to change the status of the order if the parcel is delivered.

  Is it possible to send parcels to carriers outside the EU via the plugin?

  The plugin does not allow filling out customs declarations. It is therefore not possible to send parcels via our plugin to carriers outside the EU. Therefore, you will not see these carriers in the plugin settings at all.

  What is the minimum required WordPress version and PHP version?

  In order to use modern development practices and further extend the functionality of the plugin, it is necessary to run the plugin on WordPress 5.3+ and PHP 7.2 – 8.0.

  I found a bug in the plugin or I need help installing or setting up the plugin.

  Export the plugin settings in the plugin settings (Support tab). Write to us by email. In the email, describe the problem and attach the settings export, which can be found in the Mailbox -> Settings -> "Support" tab. For faster processing, we recommend attaching screenshots that capture the problem.

  I don't see the option to select a pick-up point in the shopping cart. What should I do ?

  First, check that you have the plugin set up correctly. The next most common reason is the use of WP blocks, which our plugin does not yet support. You need to use the default shopping cart layout.
  It's also possible that you're using a specific shopping cart layout plugin that our plugin doesn't yet support.

  Does the plugin support High Performance Order Storage (HPOS)?

  Yes, this feature is supported by the plugin since version 1.6.0.

  Our plugin currently only supports the default virtual cart and checkout layouts. If you are using any third-party plugin in the virtual cart, our plugin may not work properly.

  What versions of Magento 2 and PHP does your plugin support?

  The plugin requires Magento 2.3 or 2.4 and PHP 7.2 - PHP 8.1.

  Do you have a plugin for the older version of Magento 1.9?

  Since this is a very outdated version, we no longer maintain or support the plugin. However, you can download the plugin here.

• What versions of PrestaShop does the plugin support?

  You can use the plugin in PrestaShop 1.7 or PrestaShop 8.

  What version of PHP does the plugin require?

  The plugin is compatible with PHP 5.6 - 8.1.

  What third-party shopping carts does the plugin support?

  The plugin supports One Page Supercheckout by Knowband.com (since version 6.0.9).

  Does the plugin also support multistore?

  The plugin supports mulstistore from version 3.0.

  Does the plugin support older versions of PrestaShop?

  PrestaShop 1.5 is now technically very outdated and therefore we no longer offer the plugin for this version. A plugin is available for PrestaShop 1.6 here. However, we are not planning any new functionality for this version. We only release fixes for reported bugs.

  So far, our plugin only supports Joomla 3 and VirtueMart4. We are currently finishing the development of a new version that will already fully support Joomla 4 and VirtueMart 4.

  In addition to the default VirtueMart virtual cart, our plugin also supports One Page Checkout from RuposTel.
