Cash on delivery (COD) is an additional delivery service that lets the recipient pay for the parcel only when they receive it, instead of paying in advance.

Whether the parcel is delivered to a Z-BOX, a pickup point, or directly to an address, the recipient can choose from several payment options – online in the mobile app or via a link (with secure payment through PayU), by card, or in cash at receipt (for deliveries to a pickup point or address).

Cash on delivery is especially useful for higher-value orders, first-time purchases from a new e-shop, or anytime the customer prefers not to pay in advance. It offers more peace of mind, as the recipient pays only when the parcel is in their hands.

If something goes wrong with the delivery, the parcel arrives damaged, or the customer doesn’t accept it after paying the COD online in advance, we’ll refund the money within a few days.
