C2C

The abbreviation C2C stands for Consumer to Consumer. It refers to a business relationship between two or more end consumers—non-business individuals—who trade with each other. This model is typical for marketplaces, second-hand platforms, or DIY communities.

Zásilkovna uses the C2C model in its BetweenUs service, which allows private individuals to send parcels to one another using the Zásilkovna mobile app.
