BetweenUs is a service by Zásilkovna designed for sending and receiving parcels between individuals (end consumers). Originally, Zásilkovna's parcel delivery service was only available to businesses with a company ID number (IČO). However, in April 2019, Zásilkovna launched a mobile app that allows users to send parcels without needing to run a business.

In the app, the user simply enters the parcel details, pays, and then drops it off at any Zásilkovna drop-off point. The parcel can be sent either to a Zásilkovna pick-up point or directly to the recipient’s address — within the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Hungary.
