🎯Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a strategic and client-focused Key Account Manager to join our International Sales team focused on Asian markets. If you enjoy building long-term relationships, negotiating with international e-commerce clients, and driving business growth across countries like China, Japan, Korea, and Singapore – this role is made for you.
You’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, expanding our presence in Asia, and ensuring top-notch service delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Excellent command of English and Czech
- Completed secondary education
- Proven experience in e-commerce, logistics or B2B sales
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of client results
- Willingness to travel abroad at least 3 times a year (Europe and Asia)
- A proactive, analytical mindset and strong business acumen
🛠️What will you be responsible for?
- Managing and growing relationships with assigned Asian clients
- Preparing sales plans, forecasts and KPIs
- Presenting and selling last mile delivery services to new and existing clients
- Sending pricing and commercial offers, negotiating terms
- Optimizing processes for assigned accounts
- Supporting expansion into new markets of Asia
- Monitoring trends and competition in Asian e-commerce
- Collaborating with Operations and Customer Service to ensure SLA compliance
- Daily communication in English (spoken and written)
- Reporting and analyzing sales performance (Excel, presentations)
