How to make a customs declaration
A customs declaration must be completed for each parcel, which can be accessed in the client section.
Customs duties and VAT are paid by the sender. More information at customs@packeta.com.
The mandatory items are:
EAN
Description of goods in English and German
Weight of the goods (please note, in case of multiple items in a parcel), please indicate the actual weight of the specific goods, not the weight of the whole parcel)
Number of items
Value of 1 item
Country of origin
8-digit customs code
Correct telephone number with area code +41 for each item
If the parcel contains more than one item, the customs declaration requires a weight breakdown in kg for each item in the parcel
Invoices for goods should be sent to customs@packeta.com.
