Return parcel

Return parcel is a service that enables online shops to easily return goods. Reverse logistics are solved by an 8-digit code, each generated for a specific client (=online shop) which should state the code in the Returns section or their website. If a customer wants to return a parcel, they must only go to any Zásilkovna drop-off point, and share the code with the location staff. The entire process is free of charge.
