Return parcel

A parcel that the end customer sends back to the online shop.

The online shop can choose between two ways to connect to the returns logistics service. The first option is the Zásilkovna Returns Portal, which can be easily activated in our Client Section without any IT integration. The second option is integration via the Packeta API.
