Parcel insurance

Zásilkovna does not provide insurance for parcels submitted through the application. Instead, you can use the Parcel declared value service.

Thanks to this service, customers submitting parcels via the Zásilkovna mobile application can simply ensure that if something happens to their parcel (for example, in case of damaged or lost), they will be paid an amount of up to CZK 5,000.
