Are you sending a parcel worth between CZK 300 and CZK 10,000 via the mobile app? You can add Shipment value compensation for just CZK 0.50 per CZK 100 of parcel value. In case of damage or loss, Zásilkovna will reimburse you for the actual damage incurred. For parcels valued up to CZK 300, compensation is always covered by us. The service is available when sending a parcel to a pick-up point or a Z-BOX.

You can activate the service in Step 4 of the parcel sending process in the app. Simply enter the value of the parcel—the price of the goods you’re sending. We will then cover any damage incurred, up to that amount.

The price for the Shipment value compensation service will be shown immediately and automatically added to the shipping cost.
