GDPR

GDPR is an abbreviation for the General Data Protection Regulation. It is a legislative regulation of the European Union that entered into force on May 25, 2018, that creates rules for the protection of personal data of EU citizens. GDPR brings significant changes to the protection of personal data and regulates the way organizations collect, process, and store personal data. Its aim is to strengthen the rights of individuals and to increase the transparency and accountability of organizations that work with personal data.
