We’re looking for a motivated L\&D Specialist who can design the strategy and build programs that help thousands of colleagues grow—fast. In this role, you’ll shape tomorrow’s skills, leaders, and culture across six countries in a dynamic logistics environment.

🛠️ What you’ll do:

  • Support the design and rollout of L&D initiatives aligned with business and operational needs.
  • Help coordinate and deliver blended learning programs (leadership basics, core skills, performance and talent initiatives).
  • Apply and learn our 3E philosophy (Education–Exposure–Experience) and the 70–20–10 approach in practice.
  • Track learning activities, support KPI reporting and help gather feedback to continuously improve programs.
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations and country teams to support consistent learning standards across locations.

🎯 What you’ll bring:

  • First experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent, or a related field (internship or junior role is fine).
  • Interest in instructional design, facilitation and learning technologies; willingness to learn end-to-end L&D delivery.
  • Structured, proactive mindset with basic data handling skills and attention to detail.
  • Good collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with different stakeholders.
  • English at working communication level; additional regional language(s) are a plus.
  • Openness to occasional travel.
