🎯Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a strategic and client-focused Key Account Manager to join our International Sales team focused on Asian markets. If you enjoy building long-term relationships, negotiating with international e-commerce clients, and driving business growth across countries like China, Japan, Korea, and Singapore – this role is made for you.

You’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, expanding our presence in Asia, and ensuring top-notch service delivery in collaboration with internal teams.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Excellent command of English and Czech
  • Completed secondary education
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, logistics or B2B sales
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of client results
  • Willingness to travel abroad at least 3 times a year (Europe and Asia)
  • A proactive, analytical mindset and strong business acumen

🛠️What will you be responsible for?

  • Managing and growing relationships with assigned Asian clients
  • Preparing sales plans, forecasts and KPIs
  • Presenting and selling last mile delivery services to new and existing clients
  • Sending pricing and commercial offers, negotiating terms
  • Optimizing processes for assigned accounts
  • Supporting expansion into new markets of Asia
  • Monitoring trends and competition in Asian e-commerce
  • Collaborating with Operations and Customer Service to ensure SLA compliance
  • Daily communication in English (spoken and written)
  • Reporting and analyzing sales performance (Excel, presentations)
