A pickup point is a location where customers can collect goods sent from online stores or through Zásilkovna’s BetweenUs service. Any entrepreneur with a physical branch can become a pickup point by being listed in Zásilkovna’s network.
When choosing a delivery method, customers can select one of these pickup points as the delivery address for their parcel. After the parcel is delivered, it can be picked up during the branch’s opening hours by simply providing the pickup password.
Zásilkovna pickup points also offer additional services, such as parcel sending and parcel returns, making it easier for customers to manage their shipments and simplifying the overall shopping process.
