Complaint

A complaint (or claim) is an allegation of a defect or deficiency in the delivered services or goods—an officially filed notice that the services or products were defective. The complaint method, its justification, and other matters are addressed by legal regulations or the contract. Complaints are resolved, for example, by repairing or replacing the goods with ones without defects, withdrawing from the contract, or providing a discount.
