Complaint

A complaint (also claim or reclamation) is an allegation of a defect or deficiency in the delivered services or goods and an officially filed notification that the services or products are defective. The method of complaint, its justification and other matters are dealt with by legal regulations or the contract. Complaints are resolved, for example, by repairing or replacing goods with other ones without defects, withdrawing from the contract or providing a discount.
