Claims assistant

Claims assistant is a Zásilkovna service that enables easy returns of goods to online shops. Reverse logistics are solved simply by including the return label directly in the parcel. The customer then attaches the label onto the parcel they are returning and drops it off at any Zásilkovna drop-off point, free of charge.
