How Does It Work

Zásilkovna Car Delivery
In the e-shop cart, select the delivery option "Zásilkovna Car Delivery" and enter the address where your vehicle will be located.

Login to your account
If you already have an account in the MyŠkoda application, log in. If not, download the app, create an account and activate the Škoda Connect service.

Select your car
Choose the vehicle for the parcel delivery and mark its location on the map.

Park the car in the chosen place
Leave the vehicle parked in the selected public place. The driver will only be able to open your car if, according to the GPS location, he is in the immediate vicinity of it.

What is required to use the service?

There are only 3 conditions for you to be able to use the Zásilkovna Car Delivery service and for everything to work as it should.

To use the service, you need:

ŠKODA brand cars

Zásilkovna Car Delivery service can be used by owners of ŠKODA cars manufactured in 2019 and newer, with activated ŠKODA Connect services with remote unlocking.

For now only in Prague

The service can currently be used for cars parked in the territory of the capital city. The car must be parked in a free public parking space.

Account in MyŠkoda application

We operate the service in cooperation with Škoda Auto, and therefore for delivery it is necessary to have an account in the MyŠkoda app and to have the Škoda Connect service activated.
