Parcel tracking

Parcel tracking, also known simply as tracking, allows customers to monitor the location and status of their package from the time it is picked up for shipping until it is delivered. This service provides real-time information about the shipment.

When tracking a package, you receive a unique tracking number assigned to your parcel. This code gives you details about the current location of the package, its transit progress, and the estimated delivery time. The tracking number will be sent to you via email and is also available in our Zásilkovna app.

Parcel tracking offers greater control and transparency for customers, enabling them to better plan and monitor their orders.
