Parcel tracking

Parcel tracking is the process of monitoring the current location and status of a parcel from dispatch to delivery in real time. Customers receive a unique tracking number that is assigned to their parcel via Zásilkovna mobile app or email/text message notification. This number is synced with parcel information, such as its current location, transit progress, and expected delivery time. Parcel tracking provides customers more transparency and control over their delivery. Thanks to this service, customers are able to plan their day better and track their orders to make sure that everything´s in order regarding delivery.
