At a drop-off point, you can personally hand over a parcel for shipping. These locations are usually physical stores that are part of Zásilkovna’s partner network and also function as pick-up points. Most pick-up points also accept parcel drop-offs.

If you are sending a parcel as a private individual, simply provide the drop-off password generated in the Zásilkovna mobile app to the staff. They will take care of the rest.
