Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards
• Prepare functional and technical specifications for data projects
• Hypothesis creation and testing with predictive modeling
• Drive the automation of processes to enhance operational efficiencies
• Collaborate on the pricing strategies for new services
• Foster an environment of data literacy and accessibility within the organization

Requirements

• Strong independent working capabilities, able to develop effective solutions quickly and creatively
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to question inefficiencies and clarify ambiguities proactively
• Experience in creating and managing reports and dashboards
• Determined to complete tasks thoroughly and on time
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies
• Proactive in keeping up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies
• Interest in the field of artificial intelligence
• Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Czech will help you fit in with the team.
• A completed university degree in a technical or economic field

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and others
• Understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing frameworks
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark and platforms like Databricks and Azure
• Skills in VBA, DAX, Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, and MS Dynamics
• Previous data science experience is highly advantageous
