As a Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the management of the entities marketing as well as the entire P&L (marketing budget) Responsibility for setting its overall vision and targets. This position involves a high level of responsibility, with a pivotal decision making process

Within this job position the Head of Marketing will be expected to oversee all marketing activities, including business and performance marketing. This role is also expected to develop and approve marketing strategies for the company and communicate these strategies to an internal and external audience.

Key Accountabilities:

• leading the marketing development of the company’s short and long-term strategy, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
• expertise in business in European markets (countries) such as PL, DE, HU, RO, SK, and Western Europe as well as CZ
• business-oriented Marketing Expert / Leader
• expertise @ E-commerce and Logistics as well as Retail Marketing (MKTG Director, Senior Brand Manager, Digital Product Manager, Brand Management, etc.)
• ATL, BTL, digital campaigns expertise
• digital and online marketing know-how (SEO, GAs, Performance marketing, etc.)
• hands-on approach and real experience from the market (“Role model”, “Lead by example” approach, etc.)
• strong Leadership and Managerial Skills as well as proven track records
• financial know-how (P&L, financial indicators, KPIs, cost expertise, Budgeting, etc.)
• decision Maker and Proactive Solver
• team player and team spirit supporter
• ability to travel within the CEE region on a regular basis
• resilience to working for a dynamic company with double-digit growth YoY
