We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business needs into analytical solutions, ensuring the integrity and governance of our data. You will interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights and design and implement interactive dashboards that drive strategic decision-making.

What Will We Need From You?

• Database Management: Query and manage databases using advanced SQL skills. Implement ETL processes and tools for effective data integration.
• Data Transformation: Transform and manipulate data using Python, R, and M-Code to support various analytical needs.
• Data Translation & Analysis: Translate business needs into clear data requirements and analytical solutions. Interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights that support business objectives.
• Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all datasets and reports.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI. Develop data models and calculations utilizing DAX to create meaningful visualizations.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong independent working capabilities, able to develop effective solutions quickly and creatively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of telling compelling data stories
• Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis
• Passion for learning and a proactive approach to personal and professional development
• Proficiency in English and Czech language
