Your Challenge as a Performance Test Engineer:

As a Performance Test Engineer in our agile software development team, your responsibilities will encompass:

1. Designing and executing comprehensive performance test plans to ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems in high season.
2. Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance
3. Developing and maintaining performance testing frameworks, tools, and scripts
4. Analyzing performance test results and providing actionable insights to stakeholders
5. Establishing performance benchmarks and monitoring system performance in production environments
6. Continuously researching and implementing industry best practices in performance testing

The system under test includes back-end for logistics and tracking, public API, and batch jobs, mobile applications, web front-end.

As a Performance Test Engineer, you should
possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and a deep understanding of relevant tools and methodologies
• Proven track record of successfully delivering performance testing projects in an agile environment
• Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts, tools, and frameworks such as JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve performance issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in Czech & proficiency in English for seamless everyday communication
