Return parcel is a service of the Zásilkovna company, which enables e-shops to easily return goods. Reverse logistics is handled using a code that the online shop places on its website in the return information tab. When returning the goods, the customer drops the return parcel off free of charge at any Zásilkovna pick-up point and reports the given 8-digit code. The code is unique for every e-shop.
